Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (mom)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was hold on the 12t day of frbrusry , 19 85 .
The following mbraboro were present:
Mayor Btspies, Trustess Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey -EdoD -Ssv
and the following members were absent: ?N -
Trusteo 01IF&JI n introduced tho following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
VHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
Lots 120 13 14 sad 18, Block B, Beacon Heights 1st Addition
by the construction of a storm serer ponding arse
benefited
and acecoa tho/sumown property for all or a portion of tho cost of
the improvement, purouant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
ITOTI THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE UJ AGE OF
PLYUOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Villages
Engineer for study and that he im Imatructod to roport
to the Council with all convoniont speed, advino the Council
in a preliminary way as to whothor the prop000d Inprovemiant
Io feasible and as to whothor it should boat bo made ae
proposed or in connection with some othor improvownt and
the ostimatod coot of the improvement ac roco ndod."
The motion was seconded by Trustee and upon
vote being talcon thereon the following voted is favor of the
am
motion: Mayor Btaples, Trustees Curtis, O'flall
the following voted against the motion: Now. Absent: Trustee 3evia4r.
whereupon the motion was declared duly pasnod and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualifiers and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby jertify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
v_llage held February 1, 1965, with the Original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to construction of storm
sewer ponding area in Beacon Heights 1st Addition.
