REPORT ON-MIPROVEMENT

Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
The streets as set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto and made a
part hereof as though fully sit forth at this point by grading,
base cork and bituminous surfacing
to
and/assoss the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
NOV'1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engincor for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Co.incil
In a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement

proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
