OF VILLAGE COUNCIL Or Vi1..i. 07 OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to aloe call and notice thereof, a special o wting of
the Village Council Of the Village of Plymouth was held on than
23rd day of Januaxy, 1905, at thS village hall, comencing at
10 : GO o'clock A. W. The following ambers were present:
Mayor Staples, T -i ustee* Curtis, 09ftilon and Humphrey.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved

"Resolution No. 61.10
Wasms, the Village of Plymouth is presently installing a
sanitary sewer system in the Klaneapolis Industrial Park for use
by the owners and occupants of such Park, and
WMMFAS, the Village of Plymouth has recently concluded an
agreement with tho Village of Holden Valley relating to the
di 6charge of BSVMge by than 'tillage of Plymouth into the Golden
Valley sanitary trunk sewar system, and
VMRRAS, said agreement provides for its termination by
either of said villages upon ninety (90) days' notice given by
one village to the othor, and
FilRRVAS, some concern has been expressed that is the event
of such termination the users of said sanitary uewer system might
be unable to dispose of their sewage, and
RRA9, it is deemed to be neceseary and desirable that
than Village of Plymouth give certain assurances to said users with
respect to their expressed conc,orn;

Plymouth as folios :
1. That the Village of Plymouth, within the liatts of
its legal authority, will endeavor to avoid any
termination of its agreement With the 'Village of
Oolden Valley so long as there are no alternatives
available for the disposal of sewage from the village
of Plymouth.
2. That, in the eveat that the Village of Golden Valley
should ever give notice of its Intention to terminate
such agreement, the Village of Plymouth will make
every effort and will eooperate In every practical
way, within the limits of its legal authority, to
find and securo alternative wasas of a+ewage disposal
for they owners and occupants of the Minneapolis
Industrial Pork. •'
The above motion was seconded by Trustee
and, upon mote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof
