W. The following ambers were present: Mayor Staples, T -i ustee* Curtis, 09ftilon and Humphrey. The following members were absent e e e istes Beviour * * e Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved Its adoptlont "Resolution No. 61.10 Wasms, the Village of Plymouth is presently installing a sanitary sewer system in the Klaneapolis Industrial Park for use by the owners and occupants of such Park, and WMMFAS, the Village of Plymouth has recently concluded an agreement with tho Village of Holden Valley relating to the di 6charge of BSVMge by than 'tillage of Plymouth into the Golden Valley sanitary trunk sewar system, and VMRRAS, said agreement provides for its termination by either of said villages upon ninety (90) days' notice given by one village to the othor, and FilRRVAS, some concern has been expressed that is the event of such termination the users of said sanitary uewer system might be unable to dispose of their sewage, and RRA9, it is deemed to be neceseary and desirable that than Village of Plymouth give certain assurances to said users with respect to their expressed conc,orn; -1- NOW lTHRUFOU, 09 IT REMMY MWMVED by the Village of Plymouth as folios : 1. That the Village of Plymouth, within the liatts of its legal authority, will endeavor to avoid any termination of its agreement With the 'Village of Oolden Valley so long as there are no alternatives available for the disposal of sewage from the village of Plymouth. 2.
