RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the
Village of Plymouth , as follows:
TV44-LM drag-, E_ aaxiour is hereby designated as a direc-
tor of the Suburban Rate Author ty, and Trustee Aaron I. Uurtis
In hereby designated to serve as alternate director of the Suburban
Bate Authority for the year 1955 and until their successors are
appointed.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth hereby certify that the
attached and foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution

of the meeting of such council for said date, on file and of record
in my office.
