HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-100VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION H0. 64-100 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Plymouth Village Council was held at the Village hall on the 21st day of December, 1964, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. R. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Clifford. The following members were absent: None. Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following; resolution and moved its adoption: WNX52EAS, The Village of Plymouth has accepted a bid from the Public Works Equipment Co., Inc. for the purchase of a 28000 G.V.W. Custom All -Wheel Drive Truck and One- Way Plow and Wing at a net cost of $15,725.00, and,. *WU4EAS,It was agreed that in said advertisement for bid that payment for the purchase would be negotiated with the successful bidder at the time the bid was awarded, NOW THE MORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLO:S: That the acceptance of the bid from the Public Works Equipment Compan;-, Inc, for a 28000 G. V.W. Custom All- Wheel Drive Truck and Or.` -iday Plow and Wing has been made at a total Cost, of $15,725.00 and that payment for said purchase has been negotia- ted with the Public forks Equipment Company, Inc. and agreed to by them as follows.- $7,862.50 ollows:$7,862.50 to be due and payable on or before thirty (30) days after receipt of delivery of said truck and upon re- ceipt of invoice covering said purchase; $7,862.50, the balance of the purchase price, to be paid on or before one (1) year from acceptance of delivery of the truck at no interest charge. The above motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor theraof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fal.lon, Humphrey and Clifford, Against: Mone. Whereupon said reso- lution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF I?IMMSOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILIA,,Z OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the , Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village _1 7 Council of said Village held December 21, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom inso- far as the same relates to the action taken relative to the Terms of Payment for the Custom All- wheel Drive Truck, Plow and ming.
