tion, has proposed she creation of a registered land survey w'.th respect to the
following described property situated within the Village of Plymouth, County of
Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -.-±t:
and,
Lots 4, (Four), S, (Five) and 6, (Six), Block 3, (Three),
Surety Acres Addition, according to the map or plot thereof
on file or of record in the office of the Register of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Minnesota,
WHEREAS, said proposal :as been considered by said Council)
NOW, T EWORE, Hi IT HJMBr RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL CF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLO':v8s
That the proposed registered land survey submitted by the J. & C.
Construction, Ina., a copy of which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as though fully s at forth is hereby approved and
accepted.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Curtis and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof& Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
OlVallon, Humphrey and Clifford] the following voted against.& Nome, 14nere-
upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the uddersigned, beirk. the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village
Of Plymwth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held December 7, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to the action taken relative to the registered land survey proposed by
the J. i G. Construction, Inc. wdth respect to the property situated within
the Village of Plymouth.
WITHESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal of the
Village this 7th day of December. 1964.
