Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Ply=mth, Minnesota, was duly held az the
Village Hall on the 7th day of December, 2964„ a tolat; at 7930 or clock P. H.
The following ambers were presents Mayor Staples# arustees C tis,
Osgallon, Clifford and RuiRphrey. The following members were absents Moue.

Trustee Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoptions

Plymouth Uiat the street hereinafter described should be designated as
a kuni•ipal Mate Aid Street under the provisions of 11innesota iaws of
1959, Chapter $OOs

Be and hereby is established, located and designated as a Municipal
State Aid Street of said Village, subject to the approval of the
Coamissios►or of Highways of the State of Nim enota.
W IT FURTHEIR RESOLVED, That the Village Clerk is htr ty
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Coataissiouar of Highways for his consideration
and that upon his approval of the designation of said streets
to be insiudsd in the Ki nnesota State Aid Syvtea of streets of
the Village of Plymouth, the Commissioner of Highways shall
furnish the m>rmerical designation of a aid street so included.
Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Trustee OrFallon auai upon vote being taken thereon, the follmring voted
in favor therewfs Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Cliffard and
Humphrey. Againsts Now.
Whereupon said resolution was declared dully passed and adopted.
