VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall on the 16th day of November, 1964,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; the following members
were absent: None

Trustee __ Clifford introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption.
WHEREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law,.
a public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village
Hall in the Village of Plymouth on the 16th day of November, 1964
at 7.30 o'clock P. M to consider vacation of the following street
That certain street running in a generally Easterly and
Westerly direction, having a width of 60.02 feet, lying
between the South line of Lot 6, Block 1,, Oakwood Manor
Addition and the North line of Lot 1, Block 2, Oakwood
Manor Addition, having its Western most terminus along
the West line of said Oakwood Manor Addition and its
Eastern most terminus at its intersection with Olive Lame,
and,
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard
were given such opportunity, after which said public hearing
was declared closed by the Mayor, -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"That that certain street running in a generally Easterly
and Westerly direction, having a width of 60.02 feet, lying
between the South line of Lot 6, Block 1, Oakwood Manor
Addition and the North line of Lot 1, Block 2, Oakwood
Manor Addition, having its Western most terminus along
the West line of said Oakwood Manor Addition and its
Eastern most terminus at its intersection with Olive Lane,
may be and hereby is declared to be vacated."
The motion was seconded by Trustee Qprti.s and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and
Humphrey; the following voted against: None; whereupon said reso-
lution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular. meeting of the Village Council of said
village held on November 16, 1964, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the vaca-
tion of certain streets of the village.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 16th day of November; 1964.
