2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee :r!AT and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor tAerenf: mayor Btaples;
Truetues Curtis,O�Bilr7WOI;'0311ttdrZ and Humphrey.
The following voted against the same: 1t&%.t Trustees 01F-.1lon
anti Clifford.
The following were (absent) (abstained for voting): Nolle

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RES NG ID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rogular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 9th day of Novenber , 1964.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
OlVallon, Clifford and Hutphrey
and the following members were absent: Mone
Trustee Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
TIM -REAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the est
construction of Sanitary
Serer project No. 1-85
b imrtallation of lateral sanitary severs in those areas said places as
s+t out in the plans and specifications for said Sanitary Sever Pro-
ject No. X-85,
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that McAilliass Construction Co. of
Long Labe, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOVI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"l. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to

of the following streets to -wit: construction of said
