EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HEN'NEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was
duly held at the Village Hall on the 26th day of October, 1964,
commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
)Gaff, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; the following members
were absent: Nom. Trustee Curtis.
tRESOLUTION P'Q. 64-c8
Trustee H-Luaphrey introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption.
"RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, conduct a public hearing at the
Village Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
on the 16th day of November, 1964, to consider the
vacation of the following described street:
That certain street running in a generally
Easterly and westerly direction, having a
width of 60.02 feet, lying between the South
line of Lot 6, Block 1, Oakwood Manor Addition
and North of the North line of Lot 1, Block 2,
Oakwood Manor Addition, having its Western most
terminus along the hest line of said Oakwood
Manor Addition and its Eastern most terminus
at its intersection with Olive Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be directed
to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the manner
required by law."
The above motion was seconded by Trustee 0+'allon and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees CUO%U, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey;

the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said village
held October 26, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to the vacation of certain
streets of the village.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 26th day of October, 1964.
