HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-087VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Resolution No. 64-8,7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Plymouth Village Council was held at the Village Hail on the 26th day of October, 1664, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees mitis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; the following members were absent: Nassim Trustee hun>hrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. WHEREAS, the Minneapolis Industrial Park, a Minnesota corpora- tion, has proposed the creation of a registered land survey with respect to the following described property situated within the Village of Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to -wit: and That part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 118, Range 22, described as beginning at a point in the South line of said Southwest 1/4, distant 269.84 feet Vest of the Southeast corner thereof; thence Rest along the South line of said Southwest 1/4 a distance of 520.05 feet; thence at a right angle North to the Southwesterly right of way line of state Highway No. 58; thence Southeasterly along said right of way line to an intersection with a line drawn from the point of beginning to a point in the North line of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 22, distant 268.62 feet Nest of the Northeast corner of said South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4; thence Southerly along said line so drawn to the point of beginning, WHEREAS, said proposal has been considered by said Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
