Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouths
That the requirenents of the Ordinance of the Village of
Plymouth, passed on June 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959, in Book
838 of miscellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of needs, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less
than two and cute -halt (2k) acres in area and 150 ft. in width, are
hereby waived as to the following described ]ands:
Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block One (1),
Glen Grove Acres Addition, according to the
map or plat thereof on file or of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds! Hennepin
County, Minnesota.

Village of Plymouth, hereby certify that the above resolution is a
true and correct copy of a resolution duly adopted by the Village
Council of Plymouth on the 26th day of October, 1964.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular aseting of the
Village Council of the Village. of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the.
26th day of October, 1964. The following members were present:
-
Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Humphrey and Clifford, Village Clerk,
Engineer and Attorney. Trustee Curtis was absent.

Trustee Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 64-86
j� NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
f 1. That,the requirements of the Ordinance of the. Villas« of
Plymouth, passed on June 16, 1959 and filed August 7, 1959
in Book 838 of Miscellaneous Records, Pogo 55 legister of
Deeds, Hennepin County. Minnesota, relating to'',conveyanca>
of parcels of land less than two and one-half (2h) acres
In area and 150 feet in width are hereby waived as to the
following described lands:
Tract A:
Block 1, Lot 3, Glen Grove Acres Addition, W 210 ft. of
N. 106 ft. except street. Plat 44160 Parcel 810.
Tract d:
Block 1, Lot 4, Glen Grove Acres Addition, W 210 ft, of
-S. 107 ft. except street. Plat "160, Parcel 1010.

Block 1, Lot Glen Grove Acres Addition. That part of

seconded by Trustee Clifford, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingvoted in favor thereof: Mayor ,Staples, Trustees Humphrey,
# O'Fallon and Clifford. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

The foregoing Resolution was revised and reworded per approval of
the Plyaouth Village Council at s regular meeting on August 18, 1969.
The original "solution having been signed by Mayor Loring Staples
and attested by H. T. Johnson, Clark of Plymouth Village and bare

That the proposed registered land survey submitted by the
Minneapolis Industrial Park, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as though fully set forth
is hereby approved and accepted.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Cdi�ti4, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey;
the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that

minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said village
held October 26, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to action taken relative
to the registered land survey proposed by the Minneapolis
Industrial Park with respect to property situated within the
Village of Plymouth.
