The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey =gid the following members were absent: None Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved its adaption: RESOLUTIm w. 64-72 'WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met and heard and passed upon all objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following street (s): FROM Vicksburg Lane ounty Road #15 to 3rd Ave. North Ranchviea Lane County Road #15 to 3rd Ave. North 2nd Avenue North Ranchviex Lane to Vicksburg Lane 3rd Avenue North Vicksburg Lane to Ranchview Lane County Road #15 Ranchviev Lane to Vicksburg Lane by: instal1a.tion of street lighting thereon as set out in the preliminary report of the Village engineer., NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such proposed assessment (as amended) a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein in- cluded is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed im- provement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual in- stallments extending over a period of 411 year=, the first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1965 . Any deferred installments shall bear interest at the rate of U ver cent per annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resoltuion. Z 3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor as herein provided, pay the whole of the assessment against any parcel with interest accrued to the date of payment to the village treasurer and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire amount of the assessment remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in which such payment is made. 4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the county auditor io be extended on the proper tax lists of the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes." The motion to adopt said motion was seconded by Trustee _g!�!„ —and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey and the following voted against: None The following were absent (abstained) from voting: None Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.
