RESOLUTION APRBCVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 6sgmxxbo&)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 14th day of September , 1964
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey
and the following members were absent: Trustee Clifford

Trustee Fiimphrey introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
August 17 , 19 64 , the Village Engineer has prepared
plans and specifications for the improvement of bdcx6acbcbotatnW
8dkz 8ftftxxtCmUdWt a portion of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22,
all within the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, by the installation
of lateral sanitary sewers, all as set out in the preliminary
report on said project dated May 18, 1964

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH-

"l. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in Construction
Bulletin an advertisement for ids upon the
malting or suc mprovement under �;uch approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for three weeks , shall specify the work
to be done, shall state t a ids will be opened and
considered by thb Council at 7:30 o'clock
P M. on October 19 , 19 64 , in the
Z until Chambers o the 1 e all, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, bid bond or certified check pay-
able to the Clerk for 5% per cent of the amount
of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was

thereon, the following -oted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey
The following voted against the same: None

WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
