of Miscellaneous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcel.: of land less than two and
one -h -If (2j) acres in area and 13D ft. in width, are hereby waived as
to the followini, described lands:
Lot Eight (g) Greer's Orchard Tracts,
according to the map or plat thereof
on file or of record in the Office of
the Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
