HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-069EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE V?LLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the Village Hall on the 14th day of September, 1964, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey; and the following me::hers were absent: Trustee Clifford. Trustee Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: R iSQLUT10N NO. 64-69 '11� "RESOLVED, that the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, conduct a public hearing at the Village Hall of said Village at 7:30 o'clock P. M. on the 19th day of October, 1964, to consider the vacation of the following portion of the following described street That park of Lancaster Lane lying between 8th Avenue North and 9th Avenue North. "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk be directed to give proper legal notice of such hearing in the wanner required by law." The motion was seconded by Mayor Staples and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.: Mayor Staples, Tr199tees Curtin, O'Fallon and Humphre;; the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held on September 14, 1964, with the original on file in my orfice, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the vacation of certain streets of the village.
