VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was duly held at the V121age Hall on the 14th day of September,
1964, commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples,
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey; and the following
members were absent: Trustee Clifford.

Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption: RESOLUTION 1,10. 64-68
AREAS, pursuant to due and proper notice accordtng to law,
a,public hearing was held by the Village Council at the Village
Hall in the Village of Plymouth on the 14th day opt September, 1984,
at 7:30 o'clock P. M., to consider vacation of the following
described portion of the following described street:
That part of Nathan Lane as laid out in the plat of
Klausman's Addition, whleh is more particularly de-
scribed as follows;
Careneina at the Borth corner of Klansman's
Addition; the^ce Southerly along the West
line of said subdivision for a distance of
185,0 feet; thence Masterly at sight angles
a distance of 30.0 feet; thence Northerly
parallel to the first described course a dis-
tance of 185.0 feet; thence Westerly to point
of beginning and there terminating,
and,
WHEREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard
were giver such opportunity, after which said public hearing
ware declared closed by the Mayor,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"That that part of Nathan Lane as laid out in the plat
of Klausman's Addition, which is more pazticularly de-
scribed as follows:
Commencing at the North corner of Klausman's
A::dition; thence Southerly along the west
line of said subdivision for a distance of
165.0 feet; thence Easterly at right angles
a distance of 30.0 feet; thence Northerly
parallel to the first described course a dis-
tance of 165.0 feet; thence Westerly to point
of beginning and there terminating,
may be and hereby is declared to be vacated.
The motion was seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey; the following
voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared to
be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of P ymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of nioutes
of -, regular meting of the Village Council of said village held
on September 14, 1964, with the original on file in my office, and
the same to a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the same relates to the vacation of certain streets of the
village.
WITNESS, my hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village on this � jtt, day of September, 1964.
