NOW TWUWOMs ALS IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLMODUTIs
1. Such proposed assessment (as amended) a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hersofs is hereby accepted and shall constitute the
special assesmonent ags.itutt the lands named therein# and each tract of land
therein included is hereby foundd to be benefited by the proposed improve-
ment in the aviount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual instal'-4ents ex-
tending over a period of five years, the first of the installments to be
payable an or before the;fitst Monday in Januarys 1965. Any leferred
installments shall bear ,interest at the rate of 5 per cent per annum from
the date of the adoption of this assessm�at resolution. To the first
:netalbaent shall be added interest on the entire assessment frm the date
of this resolution until December 31s 1964. To each subsequent inetallmsat
when due ohall be added interest for one year on all unpaid instalments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any tins prig to
certification of the assessment to the county auditor as herein proviied;
pay t he whole of the aasseitment against any parcel with interest aceto.
to the date of payment to the village treasurer and he may, at nay time
thereafter, pay to the county treasurer the entire amount of the assess••
meet remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the year in
which such payment is made.
4. The clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this
assessment to the county auditor to be wtended an the proper tax lists of
the county, and such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the
sates r4nner as other municipal taxes.
The motion to adopt said resolution vas seconded by Trustee
O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor

Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

was held on the 14th day of Sentessher . 191&_y at the village
Hall commencing at 7:30 o'clock P. lt:, Gentral Standard Time.
The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey;
and the ;ollowing members were absent: Trustee Clifford
Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

accepted and shall corsi:itute the :special assessment against
the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein in-
cluded is hereby found to be benefited by the proposed im-
provement in the -amount of the assessment levied against it.
2. Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual in-
stallments extending over a period of five years, the
first of the installments to be payable on or before the
first Monday in January, 19 65. Any deferred installments
shall bear interest at the rare of I uer cent per annum
from the date of the adoption of this assessment resoltuion.
To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire
assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31,
19 64, To each subsequent installment when due shall be added
intcrent for one year on all unpaid installments.
3. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time
prior to certification of the assessment to the county auditor
as herein provided, pay the whole of the assessment against
any parcel with interest accrued to the date of payment to the
village treasurer and he may, at any time thereafter, pay to
the county treasurer the entire amount of the assessment
remaining unpaid with interest accrued to December 31 of the
