Resolution No. 64-64
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held at
the Village Hall on the 17th day of August, 1984, commencing at
7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following; members were present: Trustees Curtis,
O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; and the following members
were absent: Mayor Staples.
Trustee Humphrey intxoduce4 the f --lowing resolution and
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has previously been authorized
and directed by resolution of this council to prepare a preliminary
report relative 1d the installation of a lateral sanitary newer
system for ttic Minneapolis Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, said sower project has been ,requested by 100% of
the land owners affected by such improvement, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary report was submitted by said
Village Engineer at the regular meeting of the Plymouth Village
Council on August 10, 1904,
NOWO THEREFORE, Of, IT HEREBY RESOLVE® BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
01 THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. The preliminary .report on the lateral sanitary oo%-r
project for the Minneapolis industrial Park as sub-
mitted by the Village Engineer under date of August 10,
1961, zs ,hereby approved.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to proceed immediately with the preparation of working
plane and specifications for the lateral sanitary sewer
program for said Minneapolis Industrial -Park.

The above motion was acconded by Trustee Curtis and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted iu favor thereof-
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; and the follow-
ing voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was duly passed and adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that

minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held on August 17, 1984, with the original thereof on file in my
office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there-
from insofar as the same relates to ther`lateral sanitary serer
system for the Minneapolis Industrial Park,,/
