Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof a regular meetin,_ of the

Village Clerk, Attorney and Engineer. Absent: Mayor staples.

1. That &lore -Mann & Associates, Inc. be desigxvA,-ed as fins rcial
consultants to the Village of Plymouth relative to the 19CA
Park Bond pro,rram in the oven of $400,000.
2. That the Fayor and Village ::lark be authorized to enter into
an Agreeeaent with F.hlers4,ann & Associates, Inc. providing for
their services in connection with the said 1964 Fark Bond
program, subject to the rr striction contained in Paragraph 3
below.
3. That such Agreement shall provide th4t in the *v,rnt vto
proposed bona issue io rejected by the votors at t.no elecLion
to be hold on September Il, 1164, said Agr �.s:ys: ahall be null
and voJA and of no fumher forte and effect.
Motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution waa auly steosded
by Trustee Clifford and upon vote being taken thereon, the €'oilowir, voted
in favor thereof: Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Hmphrey and Clifford. Agatinst:
None. Absents Mayor Staples.
