HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-061Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of Au-ust,
1964..'rhe following members were present: Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and
Clifford. Absent: Mayor Staples.
Trustee Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, That the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth conduct a public hearing at the Village hall
of said Village . at 7:30 o'clock P. iii".; on the 21st day
of September, 1964, to consider the vacation of the fol-
lowing portion of the following described street:
All that -part of 61st Avenue North, Morrison's
Lakeview Addition, Village of Plymouth, lying
East of a line which is at right angles to the
centerline of said 61st Avenue Horth and 1,300
feet Easterly of the intersection of Hemlock
Lane: and said 61 at Avenue North.

directed to give the proper legal notice of such
hearing in the manner required by law.
Motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee
O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Humphrey and Clifford. Against: None. Absent: mayor
Staples.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated
