se It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouths
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
Plmouth, passed on June lb, 1959 and film August 7, 195T, in Book
938 of YA&cel2aneous Records, Page 55, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
Uounty, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less than
two and ono—half (2D acres in area and 150 ft. in width, are hereby
waived as to the following described landsc
Lots Vine (9) and Tan (10), Block One (1),
Sunset Acres Addition, according to the map
of plat thereof on file or of record in the
office of the Register of Heeds, Hennspin
County, Minnesota.
