VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 10th day of August, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: �, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, QMIMOM and Humphrey and the following members
were absent: SMMK Mayor Staples and Trustee Clifford.
Trustee Humphrey introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption.

RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
ROLL AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION AND NAILING OF
NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of
the Street Improvement Program of 1964, including
all incidental expenses, is the sum of 52.604.96
and that the sum of $ 52.6.96 is o e assessed

against benefited property.
2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village
Assessor, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount
to be specially assessed for the improvements against
every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land abutting
on the street so improved in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
3. An assessment hearing on such proposed special assess-
ments will be held on the day of September,
1964, at the Village Hall WT -773U o'clock P. M. at
which time and place all otjections will be heard by
the Village Council.
4. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare and publish
_ a notice of such assessment hearing and to mail copies
of such notice to all property owners affected, all
in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061,
Minnesota Statutes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken

thereon, the following voted in favor thereof;
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, 411SIM and Humphrey and the following
voted against the motion: None , Absent: VaTor Staples & 'rrustee Clifford.
whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
held August 3, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom inso-
far as the same relates to the Street Improvement Bonds of 1964 of
the Village.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 10th aRy of August 1964.
