Records, Page 55, Regio'.;er of Deeda, Her-nepin County, Minnesota, relating to
oonvoyance of parobla of land less than two and one-half (2j) acres in area
and 150 feet in width, aro hereb4 waived as to the following described lands:
TRACT "B", Registered LwW Survey No. 652, Files of Registrar of Titles,
hennepin County, Kinneaota.
