RESOLUTION R8 VACATING THE XOM M PART OF
61ST AVENUE NOM WHICH LINO BETWEEN TUR
PROPOSED CM, -D& -UC AND PM LABS
Pursuant to dine call and nottce thereof, a regular
meeting Of the V1114100 Council of the Village of Plymo'rth,
Minnesota, was held can the 70th day of August, 1964. The follow-
ing

ing members were present: Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey.
The following members were absent: Mayor Staples and
Trustee Clifford.

Trustee Humphrey introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RzooLvim, That the village Council of the village of
Plymouth conduct a public hearing at the village Hall
of said villAw at 7130 o'clock P. U. on the 21st
day of , 1964, to consider the waw o f
the folia" por bn of the following described street:
All that part of the North One -Half of 61st
Avenue North, Morrison's Lakeview Addition,
Village of Plymouth, lying East of a line
which is at right angles to the oenterline
of said 61st Avenue North and 1,300 feet
Easterly of the intersection of Hemlock Lane
and said flat Avenue Horth,

directed to give the proper legal notice of such
bearing In the manlier required by law.
Motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee O'Fallon and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Trustees Curtis,
fi'Fallon and Humphrey; the following voted against the resolution:
None; and the following were absent: Maar Stades, Trustee Clifford.
Whereupon said resolutions was declared duly paused
and adopted.
