VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 3rd day of August, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members a,3re> present: :��#�, Trustees
Curtis; O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey and the following members

RESOLUTION DIRLCTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
ROLL AND DIRECTING PUBLICATION AND VAILIM OF
NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED Bli THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH, MINN330ft, AS FOLIO'S:
1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of
the Street lmp vwmnt programs of 1963, including
all incidental expenses, is the Sum of $ 178,454.57 ,
and that the sum of 178,,;54_.57 isto be 'asseased
against benefited property.
2. The Village Clerk, with the assistance of the Village
Assessor, shall forthwith calculate the proper amcwnt
to be specially assessed for the improvements against
every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land abutting
on the street so improved in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
3. An assessment hearing on such proposed special assess-
ments will be held on the day o; September,
1964, at the Village Hail it 7:30 o'clock P. U. at
which time and place all objections will be heard by
the Village Council.
4. The Village Clerk is directed to prepare and publish
a notice of such assessment hearing and to mail copies
of such notice to all property owners affected, all
in accordance with the provisions of Section 429.061,
Minnesota Statutes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee 01Fa11on and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: XMVDJFk

whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
cleric of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that
I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of
minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village
hold August 3, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom inso-
far as the same relates to the Street Improvement Boncb of 1983 of
the Village.
VITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 3rd day of August , 1964.
