HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-052RESOLUTION DETEU(INING THE NWZSS1TY AND EXPEDIENCY OF BORROWING MONEY AND ISSUING BONDS AND CALLING AN FIECTION THEREON Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of August, 1964s at 700 o1clock P. M. The fallowing ambers were presents Trustees Curtis, OwFallon, Clifford and F4ueiphrsy. Absents Mayor Staples. a** Trustee Clifford introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptions B& IT RESOLVED BT THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIUAGE OF PLYKWTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS t 1. It is hereby found, determined and declared that it is necessary and expedient for the Village to borrow mousy and issue its general obli- gation negotiable coupon park bonds for the purpose of providing funds to acquire, improve and equip land for park purposes. 2. A special election is hereby called to be hold in and for the Village on Tuosdyr, September 8, 1964, between the hours of 7100 *"clock A. M. and dt00 *42sek P.
