HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-051Resolution No. 54-51 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ACCEPTING, BID Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd day of August, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P. M. The following members were present: --f-60, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey and the following members were absent: N,mait Mayor 3taplrs. # # * Trustee OfFallon and moved its adoption. introduced the following resolution WHEREAS, pursuant to an adiertisement for bids, <or the improve- ment of the following streets, to -wit: 29th Avenue N. Orleans Lana 61st Avenue N. 2nd Avenue N. 3rd Avenuo N. Ranchview Lane Aenium Lane FROM Quaker Lane 28th Avenue N. Hemlock Lane Vicksburg Lane Vicksburg lame C.S.A.H. No. 15 807' North of Industrial Park Orleans Lane 29th Avenue N. 1250' Mast Ranchview Lane Ranchview Lane 148' North of 3rd Ave. N. T. H. No. 55 by grading, base work and bituminous surfacing bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were recaived complying with the advertisement: Bidder Craig J. Alexander (;cunt►n.ny Black Top Service Gampany J. 3. Gleaeon CoAlmny, Inc. C. S. HoCrosaan am -f & Carlson. inc. and, Amount of Total Bid 69,061.75 63,8'72.78 120829.60 65,807.83 6(,990.09 MRSAS, it appears that Black Top Service Company Of I�;.Camlwidge Ave., St. Louis Park# Minn. is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 111. No. 55 Industrial park by grading, base work and bituminous surfacing according to the plane and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk in hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their b:.ds, exc^pt that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
