VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING, BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 3rd day of August, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: --f-60, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey and the following members
were absent: N,mait Mayor 3taplrs.

WHEREAS, pursuant to an adiertisement for bids, <or the improve-
ment of the following streets, to -wit:

opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were
recaived complying with the advertisement:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:

approved by the Village Council and on file in the
office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk in hereby authorized and directed
to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their b:.ds, exc^pt that the deposits of the
successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee ? u�t,;,r,.� and upon vote being
taken thereon, the follow:l.ug voted in favor thereof: Naffim

the io-lowing voted against the same: None. favor '„>rlws.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clark
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesoti, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Tillage Council of said' village held
August 3, 1964, with the original thereof on file in my office
and the same is a full, true and complete transcript theref ,=
inso.'ar as the mass relates to the 1964 Street Improvement ponds
of the Village.
