BE IT HEREBY FMOLVM BY THS VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAM OF PLTMOUrH:
That the Proposed Addendom to the agreement between the Village of
Plymouth and the Village of Minnetonka relating to the improvement and
maintenance of Ftidgemount Avenue be approved and that the VAyvr and Village
Clerk be authorized to execute said addenda& on behalf of the Vit1age.
The above Resolution was seconded by Trust" OfFAllon aged upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: IwAyor Staples,
Trustees Curtis# Mallon and Clifferd, Ageinst: Kone. Absent: Trustee
HIMPhrey.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Plymouth, hereby certify that the above Resolution is a true and correct
copy of a R'veolution duly adopted by the Village Council of Plymouth on the

The above Resolution was seconded by Trustee O#Fallon and upon vote
being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereoft Mayer Staples#
Trustees Curtiss OfFallon and Clifford. Against: Alone. Absents Trustee
Humphrayd
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
