= SSS, it has been determined to realign 29th Avenue North by extend-
ing said street east across Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivisian No. 333, and
*MMS, that portion of the presently dedicated 29th Avenue North
which is laid out over and across the northeast corner of hot 1, Lake Park
Acres is to be abazP-4,_+hed, and
*AS, it has been agreed between said owner and the Village of
Plymouth that said owner will convey to the Village the land necessary
for such extension in exchange for a conveyance by the Village of the
portion of 29th Avenue North which is to be abandoned and vacated,

J. The Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
quits -claim deed to the owner of Lot 1, Lake Park Acres, 'c+snireying to
said owner that part of 29th Avenue North as peresentayded sated which
rubs across the northeast corner of said Lot,1, Lake Park Acres.
2. The delivery of said deed to said owner is authorized upon receipt
frac said owner of a conveyance to the Village of Plymouth of property
owned by said owner necessary for the eastward extension of said 29th
Avenue North.
Notion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Trustee Clifford and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, flaFallon, and Clifford.
Against: Done. Absent: Trustee Humphrey,

Plymouth, hereby certify that the above Resolution is a true and correct
copy of a Resolution duly adopted by the Village Council of Plymouth on the
24th day of July, 1964.
