VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLV,ION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERIVU ADVERTIMMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 8th day of July 1964
The following members were present:
Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey
and the following members were absent: None

Trustee OfFallon introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoptian:
i7HEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
June 22 , 1S 64 , the Village Engineer has prepareO
plans and specifications for the improvement of the following
streets, to -wit:
29th Avenue N.
Orleans Lane
61st Avenue N.
2nd Avenue N.
3rd Avenue N.
Ranchview Lane
Xenium Lane

by gilding, base work, drainage and bituminous surfacing
and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGF OF PLYMOUTH:

"1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hQreto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in The Construction
Bulletin an advertisement forbids upon�iie
making o suc mprovement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub-
lished for throe (3) weeks , shall specify the work
to be done,—s-Mal state a ids will be opened and
considered by the Council at 7:30 o'clock

bids will be considered unless sealed and filed
with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashier's check, bid bond or certified check pay-
able to the Clerk for 5 per cent of the amount
of such bid."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Trustee Curtis and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples,
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Nurphrey and Clifford.
The following voted against the same: None.
The followinn were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and aczAag clerk
of the Village ore Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of
a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held

mice and tame Ts—a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same related to the issuance and sale of
1964 Street Improvement Bonds
of the Village.
