Be It Resolved by the Village Council of Plymouth:
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of
P17mouth passed on June 16, 1959 and filed Aut^ust 7, 1959, in Book
838 of Miscella.ieous Records, Page 55, Register of Meds, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, relating to conveyance of parcels of land less
than two and one-half (2i) acres in area and 150 feet in width are
hereby waived as to the following described lands:
The East 260.0 feet of the north 750.0 feet of the
Fast 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, Township
118, Range 22, subject to Road Easement over that
part taken for Bass Lake Road. Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
