Be It Resolved 4 the Village Council of P3;Mouths
That the requirments of the Ordinanc.` of the Village
of Plymouth passed on June 26, 2959 and filLd Awust 7, 1359, in
Book 838 of miscellaneous Records, Page 35, aegiseter of Deeds,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to c, veyrance of parcels of
land less than two and one-half (2,j) acres in arms and 15G feet in
width are hareby waived as to the following described lander
That part of the Nort.t±e~;ss* 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of
Section 35, Township 118, hai a 22, Hennepin County,
Hinnessota, described as follows: Conmencin, at a point
on the Westerly line of sAid Quarter -.A arter, 138.5 feet
North of the Southwest corner of said quarter Quarter;
thence running Northerly along said Westerly line 145
feet.; thence Fast at right angles to the Centerline of
the :vest Medicine Lake Road; thence Southeasterly along
said Centerline of said Road to the intersection of a
line drawn a t right angles from the -4est line of the
aforesaid Northeast lf4 of the Northeast 1/4 at the
point of beginainl;q thenee Westee!y alWs sa ,:& right
angle line to the point of beginning. Hennepin County,
