the Village hall.
The following members were present: Kayor Staples, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Humphrey, the following members were absent-
Trustee Clifford.
Trustee {)'Tallon presented the following Resolution and moved

WiLi:REAS, the iesper.tive councils of the Villages of
Plymouth and Minnetonka have, for sometime, been negotiating
for an agreement relative to the improvement of Ridgemount
:
Avenue, and

WHEREAS, the attorneys for said Villages .have prepared
i.
a contract to be entered into between said Villagers relative,
to said improvement:, and
WHEREAS, said contract has been presented to the Village
Council of the Village ui Plymouth and has been approved as
to ;fora and content,
NOW, THF:REkORF, BE IT HEREBY RESOLV1:1) BY THE VILLAGE.
COUNCIL OF THE VILIAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the contract between the Village of
Minnetonka and the Village of Plymouth relating
to the improvement of Ri.dt emount Avenge is hereby
approved.
2. That the Mayor and Village Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said con-
tract on behalf of the Village of Plymouth.
