The foUAwing members were presenti Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fan*n, Hustplrey and Clifford, and the following members were .beenti Trastee Chis. ^doptions Trustee Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and coved its WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 'eth day of May, 1964, fixed L.- nth day of June, 19641 as the date for a public hearing ons Grading• base work, drainage and bituminous surfacing with respect to the fol— lowing streets, to -wit t (See Schedule "A" attached) WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liabl-4 to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days$ published notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard an the 6`h day of June, 1964, and the 15th day of June, 1964, NOW THEROME, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNC" 7 THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOt1TH t "1. Such Improvements as set out above and for the street (s) as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted May 11, 1964. 2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvements."
