HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1964-036VI1" iE OF PLYMOUTH Resolution No. 64 - Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ragular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 20th day of April, 1964, at 7:30 o'clock P. H. at the Village Hall. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; the following members were absent: None. Trustee O'Fallon introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: AREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 6th day of April, 1964 fixed the 20th day of April, 1964 an the date for a public hearing on the installation of street lighting with respect to the following streets, to -wit: LT. --#y i Vicksburg Lane qty Road #15 to 3rd Ave. North Ranchview Lane County Road #15 to 3rd Ave, North 2nd Avenue North Ranchview Lane to Vicksburg Lane 3rd Avenue North Vicksburg Lane to Ranchview Lane County Road #15 Ranchview Lane to Vicksburg Lane all in accordance with a preliminary report prepared and submitted to the Council by the Village Engineer; and WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten (10) days' published notice of the Council hearing through two (2) weekly publications of the required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 20th day of April, 1964, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Such improvements as set out above and as detailed in the preliminary report of the Village Engineer and for the streets as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 6, 1964. 2. The Village Engineer and the Village Clerk are directed to advise Northern States power Company to proceed with the installation of the improvements as indicated. The motion for the adoption of the :Foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; the following voted against: None; whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopter. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said village held April 20, 1964, with the original thereof on file >n my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the installation of stx,4et lights in Plymouth Manor, First and Second Additions.
