Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a relmlar MeetinE of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 210th day of April,
1964 at 700 o'clock P. M. at the Village Hall.
The following members were present; Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis,
OtFallon, C liffb rd and Humphrey; the following members were absent: none.
Trustee OtFallon introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

No. 73 to Teakwood line, throuLh `radinC,, base work, storm sewer construction,
and the installation of asphaltic concrete pavement, and
WMW, representatives of. the Village Councils of the Villages of
Plymouth and Kinnetonka have met and discussed a plan to provide such improve-
ments to
mprove-meets-tis said Ridgemount Avenue on the basis of a joint and cooperative agreement
and effort between s aid municipalities, and
1,M-11N1AS, the said municipalities have agreed upon the terms and con—
ditions under which such improvements sha71 be made to said Ridgemount Avenue,
and
Z,1fIIi3.'EAS, said agreement is to be reduced to writing and presented to
the respective Councils of each of said municipal ties, and
WHE'YAS, it is deemed to be necessary and desirable that each of
said municipalities adopt resoluL_ons ordering the preparation of a feasibility
stud, preliminary plan and report on said project, and
'4MAS, it has been agreed between the two municipalities that Egil
Wafald & Associates, Inc. shRll s arve as consulting engineers with respect to
said project, and

a portion of 'the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Y.S.A., Secs. 429.011
to 429.111,

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Pillage of Plym. 4.th, F[in esota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the "Village Council of said Village held April 20, 1964, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full., true and complete trans-
cript therefrom insofar as the same relates to the. improvauent of Ridgemount
Avemmze In. cooperation with the 'Tillage of Minnetonka'..
