meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymoutho Vinn000ta,

The following members were present: ■►yor staples, Trteas
O'lallon and Hmpbrey
and the following members were abs;nt: Tr too* Curtis and Clifford
*(Trustee Clifford arrived at 8:30 + i 1 ck P. ., after the adoption of
Trustee Runphrey introduced the following Resolution amid
moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
29th Aveave North frac Orleans law to the Center Liao of
Nathan Law extending North, by grading, base work and
bituminous surfacing,
and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to U.S.A. § 429.U11 to 429.111.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLIMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study end that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
In i preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is Feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by Zg� Staples and upon
vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor Staples, I trostees O►rallen sad Nesphrey.

wtereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
