REWLUTION ORDERINGr PWARATION OF

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetimof the Village,
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Ydnnesota, was held on the 6th day of April,
1964.
' 'The ollowin• members were present: Mayor :Maples, Trustees Curtis, OlFallon,
Clifford and Hurrirey. Absent: None.
Mayor °taples introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

Vicksburg Lane County Road r15 to 3rd Ave. North
Ranchview Lane County Road #15 to 3rd Ave. North
2nd Avenue North Ranchview Lane to Vicksburg Lane
3rd Avenue; Horth 4 icksburg Zane to zR anchvie:: Lane
County Road f15 Ranchview Lane to deksburg Lane
and assess the abuttin, property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement,
pursuant to H.S.A. Chapter 429.011 to '429.111

„That the proposed iulprovenent be referred to the Village Engincar for
study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all con-
venient speed, advise the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estima-
ted cost of the improveyrient as r econunended,11
The motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being t,Lken thereon
tete following voted in favor of the motion: mayor Staples, Trustees Ourtis, O'Fallon,
Humphrey and Clifford. Against: stone.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated April 6,1964.
