Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1964-025Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Kinnesota, was duly held on the 6th day of April, 1964. The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fa lo-, Humphrey and Clifford. Absent: None. Trux-tee is introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: "MEAS, pursuant to Resolution of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth to opted August 1, 1961, Bruce W. Johnson was appointed as a part- time Police Officer, effective July 26, 1961, and "SAS, under the rules, regulations and laws of the State of Min eabta relatiaR to the Public Employees' Retirement FwA, it is necessary that the Council designate the position to be held to be that of Police Officer before such officer can participate in the benefits of the Public Employees' Retire- ment Fund. NOW THERUORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLTKOUTHt That the position held by Bruce W. Johnson with the Village of Plymouth is that of full time Police Officer. " (Effective April 1, 1964). Motion for adoption of said Resolution was seconded b! Trustee Humy4rev and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoft Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, and Humphrey. Abstained: Trustee '-lifford. Aca -nst. None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared du17 passed and adopted.
