VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLtTTION RELAT(3 TO CLASSIFICATION ANA
SALE OF TAX F'ORFt ITFD PROPFYtTIES
Pursuant to due call and aotice thereof a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Villa,e of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March, 1964.
The followin,. members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, Clifford
and Humphrey. Absent: Trustee O'Fallon.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved iLa edoptiona
14MAS, the Tillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Hennepin County,
Minnerota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin Cour:ty, Minnesota, a list
of lands in said village wideh became she property of tl:e State of Minnesota under the
provisionr of law declarin, the forfeiture of lands to the State for non-payment of taxes,
which said lis:. has peen d osig:nated as Classification List "577-C", February 25, 1964= and
%IIER.EAS, each parcel of sand described to said list has heretofore been classi-
fied by the board of County Ceamaissionere of Hennepin County, Minnesota as non -conservation
land and the s ale thereof has heretofore been a uthorized by said Board of County Commis-
sioners:
NOV, THF.RFFORE, TSPS IT RESOLVFD, by said Village Council acting pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes for 1957, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the aid classification by said
Board of County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as hon -
conservation land be and the same is hereby approved and that the sale of each such parcel
of land be and the same is hereby approved.
Motion for adoption of :he foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Trustee
Humphrey and mn.n vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereoft Mayor
Staples, Trustees Curtis, Humphrey and Clifford. Absents Trustee 011allon.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated Maj.vh
16, 1964.
