' Z s i • i' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of March, 1964. The following members were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, Clifford and Humphrey. Absent: Trustee OiF'allon. Trustee Curtis introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoptions WIC'RE AS, it is proposed to improve: A portion of Section 27, Township 118, Range 22, all within the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, by the installation of lateral sanitary sewers, all as set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, as though fully set forth at this point; and, AHMEAS, such proposed improvement was requested by a petition signed by 100% of the owhers of real property abutting upon the streets shown in Exhibit "A" as being the location of said improvement; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to asseess The abutting property for all of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Chapter 429.031, Subdivision 3, NOW TWWOHE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE: COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLIMOUTHs "That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement a s r ecommended." Motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motions Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis and Humphrey. Againsts Trustee Clifford. Absents Trustee OrFallcm. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated March 16, 1964.
