Council of the Village of Plpmth, Minnesota, was held on the 2nd day of
March, 1964.
The following members were presents Mayor Staples, Trustees OiFallon,
Humphrey and Clifford= and the following Members were absent: Trustee Curtis.

and assess the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the im-
provement, pursuant to M.S.A. Chap. 429.011 to 429.111.

"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Fagineer
for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with
all convenient speed, advise the Council, in a preliminary way as
to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some
other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as
reeomvnended."
The notion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor of the motions Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'Fallon, Humphrey and Clifford. Againsts Hone. Absenti Trustee Curtis.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated
March 2, 1964.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular melting of the Village
Council of said village held March 2, 1964, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full# true and complete transcript therefrom
insofar as the same relates to the 1964 Street Improvement Program of the
Village.
