NOW 'PFIF T'TORF, SE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF `YHh VI LLAGF OF PLZMOUTH s "That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village Fagineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council, in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as reeomvnended." The notion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor of the motions Mayor Staples, Trustees O'Fallon, Humphrey and Clifford. Againsts Hone. Absenti Trustee Curtis. Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated March 2, 1964.
