Pursuant to due call and notice thereat', a regular meeting of the
Village Council of t?.e Village of PlpwAth, Minnesota was held on the 2nd
day of March, 1964.
The following mmmbers were presentt Mayor Staples, Trustees
O'F$lloa, Clifford and Humphrey; and the following members were absents
Trustee Curtis.

Mayor Staples introduced the following resolution and moved its
WHE- &I, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law,
a public hearing was hold by the Village Cbsnoil at the Village Hall in
the Village of Plymouth as t,js 2nd day of March, 1964 at 7s3O o'clock P. M.
to consider vacation of the following described streets
and
That portion of Balsas►. Lane lying Uorth of County Road go. 1$
and adjoining and abutting Lot 3, Flock 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 of
Shortline Across according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and Por Hennepin
County, Minnesota,
WHRREAS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be heard were
given such opportunity, after which said public hearing was deolazed nlosed
by the Mayor,

VILLAGE OF PLXMOUTHs
"That that portion of Balsam Lane lying North of County Road
No. 15 and adjoia$ft and abutting Lot 3, Block 1 and Lot 1,
Block 2 of Shortline Acres, according to the plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Rehister of Deeds in and
for Hennepin County, Minnesota, may be and hereby is declared
to be vaoated.11
The motion was seconded by Trustee Humphrey and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motions Mayor Staples,
Trustees OsFallon, Clifford, and Hunsphreyf the folioning voted againsts None,
Aboents Trustee Curtisip whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly
passed and adopted.
