MOOLUTION NO. 64-14
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 10th day of February, 1954 at the Village Hall, comm acing
at 7:30 o'clock P.
The following mexbsrs were present: Mayor Staples, Trustees
0w*U, O'Fallon, Clifford and- phrey;-and the following members
we" absent: XgW. Trust e® -Curtis.
Tutee Mu=hr= lutroduced the following revolution and
a►oved its adoption:
i1$SMS, the Bolden Valley State Hank of Golden Valley,
MInn"ota -has previously been desig xted as the official depository
of the funds of the. Village of Plymouth, and
SAS, said Golden Valley State Bank has advised the Village
Council that It -has pledged the, folloving bonds as collateral to
funds deposited to its bank by said Village of P3yrouth:
430.,000 U. a. Treasury Bonds, s 5/6% due $/15/05
$100,000 U. B. Treasury Dotes, 3 7/8% due 5/1:5%65
and
VMUS, pUmmant to the provisions of Section 118.01 of, Minnesota
Statutes it is necessary that the Village Council indicate its
approval of said collateral and designate a place for safekeeping
of said collateral,
NOW THERWORE, TUB VILLAGE CMWCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH,
DO - RRWW RESMVX :
"That the following listed bonds which ',%ve been pledged as
collateral by the Golden Valley St`*e dank of Golden Valloyo
Minnesota, as"e lsareby approved as suc.. ^ol,l*teral:
$50,000 U. S. Tr+ttasury Bonds, 2 5/8% duo 2/15/65
$100,000 V. 8. Treasury Notes, 3 7/9% due 3/1,5/es
"BE IT 1►gRi' R RNBOLM, that the Safekeeping Department of the
Marquette National Baulc of Unneapolls, Minnesota in designated
as a place of safekeeping for said collateral"
The above motion was s*conded by Trustee Clifford and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Staples, Trustees O•Fallon, Clifford and Humphrey; the
Absent: Trustee Curtis
following voted against: done ; /whereupon said resolution was declared
duly paaaed and adopted.

PILLAGE OF PLYNDVM
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully caapared the attached and foregoing extract of Mutes
of a regular Meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
on February 10, 196+1 with the original on file in imy office, and
the now is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar
as the sale relates to the official depository of the Village of
Plymouth.

seal of the Village on this 10th day of February , 1964.
