Be It Resolved By the Village Council of Plymoutht
That the requirements of the Ordinance of the Village of Plymouth passed
on June 16, 1959 and tiled August 7, 1959 in Book 030 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 5$, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota relating to conveyance of
parcels of land less than two and one-half (2j) acres in area, a d 150 feet in
width are hereby waited as to the following described landst
That part of the Southwest 4 of the Northwest 4 of Section
36 T 116 R 22 lying West of County Road No. 70 and North of
State Highway No. 55 News. Co., Minn. except the following
described tract; Beginning at the point of intersection
of the Northwesterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 70
and the North line of the Southwest j of the Northwest 41
thence Southwesterly along said Northwesterly right-of-way
line 187.54 fest; thence in a Northwesterly direction 279.44
feet, more or less, to a point of the North line of said
Southwest k of the Northwest j 336.54 feet West from the point
of beginalMl thence Easterly 336.54 feet along said North line
to the point of beginninB- 11.11..
and except the following described tracts Beginning at the
point of intersection of the Northwesterly right-of-way line
of County Road No. TO acid the North wterly right -of -sway
line of State Highway No. 551 thence Northeasterly along the
Northwesterly right -of -may line of County Road No. 70 distant
205 fest; thence Northwesterly along a Bete parallel with the
Northwesterly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 55 distant
160 feet; thence Southwesterly along a line parallel with the
Northwesterly right-of-way line of County Road No. 73 distant
205 feet more or leas to a point on the Northeasterly :-ight-of-
way line of State Highway No. 551 thence Southeasterly along
the Northeasterly right-of-way line of State Highway No. 55
to the point of beginning; except the Southeasterly- 30 feet
thereof wasured parallel with the Nortbiweasterly► right -of vay
line of County Road No. 70 and except the Southwesterly 30
feet thereof measured parallel with the Northeasterly right -or -
way line of State Highway No. 55, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
