Plymouth conduct a. public hearing at the Villa
& Hall
of said.Village at 7:30 o!clock p.m. on the 10th day
of Februazy,;z964 to consider. the vacaton'of.the following
described etreet:
That portion of Balz.am Lane lying north of Cow3ty
Read No, 17 and adjoining and abutting Lot 3,
Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2, of Shortline Acres.,.
according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office off the Register of Deeds in
and for Hemepin Courty, Minnesota.
'QBE IT FURTHER RESGB,VED, that the Village Clerk be
directed to give the proper legal notice of such
hearing in the manner required by law*"
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Humphr%
and,. upon vote being _taken thereon, the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Staples, Trustees Curtis, O1Fa11on,.Hunphrey and
Clifford.
The fullotti,ng voted against: None.
Whereupon the motion was declared to be duly passed and
adopted. Dated January 20, 1964.
