Resolution No. 63- 86
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION OF VILLAGE
TRUSTEE AND DECLARING A VACANCY TO EXIST
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Plymouth Village Council was held at the Village Hall on
December 16, 1963 at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Tart; the following members were absent: /VOA.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
WHEREAS, Trustee Jerome Reinan has tendered his resignation
dated December 16, 1963, effective immediately, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Council take
action on said resignation;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAC•E OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the resignation of Trustee Jerome Reinan be
accepted by the Village Council, effective immediately.
2. That the Village Council declare and it does hereby
declare that a vacancy exists iu the office of Trustee
on the Plymouth Village Council.
The above motion was seconded by Trustee Tart and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Trustees Curtis, O'Fallon, Tart and mor Keefe.
the following voted against: None,
whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Of the Plymouth Vilinge Council was held at the Village Hall on
December 16, 1963 at 7:30 o'clock P. M.
The following members were present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees
Curtis, O'Fallon and Tart; the following members were absent:
Trustee Reinan.
Trustee Curtis introduced the following resolution
and Uoved its adoption:
WSEREAB, Trustee Jerome Reinan has tendered his resignation
dated December 16, 1963, effective immediately, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Council take
action on said resignation;
's()W THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the resignation of Trustee Jerome Reinan be
accepted by the Village Council, effective immediately.
3. That the V111age Council declare and it does hereby

on the Plymouth Village Council.
The above motion Was seconded by Trustee Tart and upon
'vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Trustees Curtis, U' Fallun, Tart and I�Wor Keefe.
the following voted against: Buie.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

The above notion was seconded by Trustee Tart cad upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofa
