WHEREAS# it appears to the Villages Council cf the Village of Plymouth that
the streets hereinafter described should be designated as Municipal State Aid
Streets under the provisions of Minnesota Laws of 1959# Chapter 500#

be and homby are deleted as Municipal State Aid streets o;' said Villages subject
to the approval of the C*m Usioner of Highways of the Stage of Minnesota.
HM IT FURTHM RMLVED# that the Village Clerk is hereby authorised and
directed to forward two certified copies of this Resolution to the Commissioner
of Highwrays for his consideration and that upon his approval of the designation
of said streets to be included in the Minnesota State Aid System of streets of
the Village of Plymouth& the Comi.ssioner of Highways shall furnish a list of
streets to be included in the said Municipal State Aid System and the numerical
desigtation of each str*st so included.
Motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly secondsd by Trustee
Curtis and upon vote being taken thereon# the following voted in favor thereof t
Trustees Curtis* OfFallen# Tart and *jw Keene. Againstt Nene. Abaentt
Trustee Reinen.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Dated
Decamber 21, 1963.
