The following members wre present: Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'lallon, Reinan and Jart; and the following members were absent: lone. * * * * * s e s e Trustee Tart introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: WXBR AB, pursuant to due and proper notice according to law, a public hearing was held by the Village Comail st the T111W Ball in the 'Village of Plymouth on the 2n4 day of Oscsobsr, 1Mp, at 7:30 o'clock P. M., to consider the motion of a psrtiom of 18th Avenue Porth extending from Zinnia Lino tw Cvonty ■sed No. 6 �,nd, WORMS, at such hearing all persons desiring to be bsw4 were given such opportunity, after which said public bearing ws declared closed by the Mayor, NOW, THERElrORZ, BE IT RISMTM BT TU Tn"= COWIM CM I= VILLAOZ OF PLYMOUTH: "That that portion of 15th Avenue Worth, extending from Zinnia Lane to Count Road No. 6 and being in tde South- west q:warter (811 1/A; of Rection 27, TblNsUp 116, NoW 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, may be and Hereby is de - claret: to be vacated." The motion was seconded by Trustee emus and VFW vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the Notion, Mayor Keefe, Trustees Curtis, O'Failon, Mime and T&rt; aid the following voted < against: .,a • one; , whereupon the resolution was declared to be duly passed and adopted.
